Jim Glynn
President and CEO
Jim has over 20 years of healthcare experience. Most
recently, Jim served as Senior Vice President,
Apria Healthcare where he was responsible for Apria’s
Specialty Infusion division. From 1998 to
2002, Mr. Glynn served as Vice President of SPS
Operations, Gentiva Health Services. Prior
to Gentiva, Jim worked with Coram Healthcare
from 1991 to 1998. While at Coram, Jim
held various roles of increased responsibility. As
the Senior Vice President, Jim was responsible
for the Western Division of the company, Coram
Prescription Services and New Business Development. Jim began
his healthcare career with Johnson and Johnson
where he spent six years in sales, sales training
and sales management positions. Mr.
Glynn holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from Northern
Illinois University and has completed graduate
work in Finance at Loyola University. |

Jim Baker
CFO
Jim’s professional career includes over 20
years in the home health care industry with Apria
Healthcare, a NYSE listed company, and 10 years in
public accounting. Jim held various financial
positions with Apria and its predecessor including
Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President
and Treasurer, and Vice President and Controller. During
this time, Apria grew from $150 million to over $1
billion in annual revenues. Jim was also instrumental
in a management buyout, an initial public offering,
and numerous acquisitions and mergers. Jim
started his professional career in public accounting
and held positions of increasing responsibility in
the audit divisions of KPMG and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Jim
is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University’s
Honors Program in Accounting and is a Certified Public
Accountant. |

Richard Iriye
COO
Richard has over 20 years of home healthcare management experience working with the major national homecare companies. Most recently, Richard was the Senior Vice President of Operations for Coram. Prior to Coram, Richard held General Management and Regional Operations Management positions with Apria and Caremark. In addition to home infusion management, Richard was responsible for managing Coram’s Respiratory and DME Division as well as participating on the Board of several hospital partnerships. Other duties have included operational implementation of Ambulatory Infusion Centers for AIDS and specialty pharmacy administration services. Richard graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Pharmacy and began his career in home infusion with Home Health Care of America. |

Kathi Costello
Vice President, Clinical Operations
Kathi has over 20 years of healthcare experience,
including 15 years in Regional and Senior Operations
Management positions with national Specialty Pharmacy
and Specialty Infusion companies. She has worked
with Coram, Quantum Health Resources/Gentiva/Accredo,
and Apria Healthcare. Most recently, Kathi was responsible
for the operations of the Infusion Division at Apria
Healthcare. Prior to that she managed operations
for the western half of the United States for Accredo
Therapeutics. Kathi has a BS degree in Nursing from
California State University, Long Beach and an MBA
from Pepperdine University. |

Jeff Freedman
Vice President, Business Development
Jeff has been in the home health care industry
since 1997. Most recently, Jeff served
as Chief Development Officer for Rotech Healthcare,
where he was responsible for mergers and acquisitions
and the evaluation of additional strategic and
ancillary growth opportunities. From 2002
to 2004, Jeff served as Vice President, Acquisitions
at Apria Healthcare. Prior to Apria, Jeff
was Associate Counsel and a member of the Acquisitions
Group at Lincare from 1997 to 2000. During
his tenure at Rotech, Apria and Lincare, a total
of 140 home health care transactions were completed
with aggregate annual revenues of $500 million. Jeff’s
responsibilities at these public companies have
included mergers and acquisitions, business development
and a variety of related legal functions. Jeff
began his professional career as a corporate
attorney at the Trenam, Kemker law firm in Tampa,
Florida, and has provided private client investment
banking and consulting services at various intervals
during his career. Jeff holds a B.A. degree
from Duke University and a J.D. degree from Northwestern
University School of Law.

Sherri McKaig
VP Human Resources
Sherri has over 18 years experience in all facets of human resources management. Prior to joining Amerita, Sherri spent 16 years with Scantron Corporation, most recently in the position of Vice President of Human Resources where she was primarily responsible for M&A, post-deal integration, culture development, leadership development and executive coaching. Prior to Scantron, Sherri worked as an agency recruiter and a psychiatric counselor. Sherri holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology and Human Development from Cal Poly, SLO.

Kari Mejia
Director, Finance
Kari has over 20 years of accounting and financial
reporting experience. Most recently, she served as
the Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis
with Apria Healthcare. During her 14 years at Apria,
Kari’s primary responsibilities included preparing
SEC filings, accounting research, acquisition-related
accounting and valuations, budget development, incentive
compensation plan development and administration
and general oversight of the financial reporting
area. Prior to joining Apria, Kari served in various
accounting, financial reporting and auditing capacities
for a variety of organizations. Kari holds a Bachelor
of Business degree in Accountancy from Western Illinois
University and earned a C.P.A certificate in the
State of Illinois. |

Tom Flynn
Board Member
Tom is a member of Ferrer Freeman & Company,
LLC. He joined FFC in 1996. He was a Vice President
in GE Capital's Equity Capital Group from 1993
to 1996 in the company's Stamford and London offices,
the latter pursuant to a joint venture with Advent
International. Prior to GE Capital, he held positions
with Prudential Investment Corporation and Lehman
Brothers Investment Banking division. He currently
serves on the Board of Directors of Aerocare Holdings,
Inc., Genova Diagnostics Inc., Informed Medical
Communications, PHNS, Inc., and Amerita, Inc. He
is also an observer of the Board of MedPointe Pharmaceuticals.
Tom holds an B.A. degree from College of the Holy
Cross and an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business

Keith Longson
Board Member
Keith is a member of Ferrer Freeman & Company,
LLC. Prior to joining FFC he was a Vice President
at JP Morgan with responsibilities in Global Health
Care Investment Banking. Prior to joining JP Morgan
in 1994, Mr. Longson held positions at Putnam Associates,
a health care management consulting firm, and the
health care investment banking division of Smith
Barney. Mr. Longson is a member of the Board of
Ernest Healthcare, Inc., WebMedx, Inc. and Preferred
Care Partners Holdings, Corp., Amerita, Inc., and
K2M, LLC. He is also an observer of the Board of
Concentra. He holds a B.A. degree from Boston College
and an M.B.A. degree from Columbia Business School. |

Jim Greenwood
Board Member
Jim Greenwood has served as Concentra Inc.'s Executive
Vice President of Corporate Development since February
1998. In this role Jim is focused on product development
initiatives and external growth through mergers,
acquisitions and joint ventures. Prior to this
he served as OccuSystems, Inc.'s Chief Financial
Officer. From 1988 until he joined OccuSystems
in 1993, Mr. Greenwood served in numerous positions
with Bank One, Texas, N.A., and its predecessors.
Jim holds a B.B.A. degree in Acounting from Baylor

Paul Edick
Board Member
Mr. Edick is the Chief Executive Officer of GANIC Pharmaceuticals, a start up specialty pharmaceutical company backed by the private equity firm Warburg Pincus, focused on enterprise development through acquisition of existing companies and products, as well as internal product development. Prior to starting GANIC, Mr. Edick was CEO of MedPointe Healthcare Inc. (a former FFC company), a position he has held since March of 2006. MedPointe Healthcare was a US based specialty pharmaceutical company located in Somerset New Jersey, USA. Mr. Edick negotiated the sale of MedPointe in 3Q 2007 to Meda AB, Sweden and separated in 1Q, 2008. Mr. Edick has extensive industry experience from several leading pharmaceutical organizations. During the period April 2002 – March 2006 Mr. Edick held the position as President of MedPointe Healthcare Inc. Between 1994-2002, in a series of positions at G. D. Searle and its acquirer, Pharmacia Corporation, he led Searle's US managed care organization (1994-95), its US marketing organization (1995-96), and its Global Pain & Inflammation Business including the development of the launch strategy for Celebrex® (1996-97). In 1998, Mr. Edick was named Searle's VP-Canada & Latin America. In 1999, Mr. Edick became President of Asia Pacific, Canada & Latin America. In 2000, upon Pharmacia's acquisition of Searle, Mr. Edick was named Group Vice President and President, Asia Pacific/Latin America at Pharmacia. Mr. Edick holds a B.A. in Psychology from Hamilton College, Clinton, New York, USA. |
