AMERITA SELECTED AS HOME INFUSION THERAPY PROVIDER
FOR UNITEDHEALTH GROUP IN TEXAS

Irvine, Calif., March 31, 2009 – Today, Amerita announced it has been chosen by UnitedHealth Group to be a provider of home infusion therapy services for its membership in Texas. This agreement is effective immediately and will allow UnitedHealth members to access services at Amerita’s six facilities throughout the state.
