Online Bill Pay

Pay your bill conveniently and securely from the comfort of your home or anywhere you choose. Online Bill Pay allows you to pay your invoices from a checking or savings account, credit/debit cards, or HSA/FSA account. You will need your account number and Statement ID that is located on your monthly statement.

Paper Checks

You can also pay by paper check by returning your payment with your monthly mailed statement. Make sure your account number is included. Our address is:

Your copays or out-of-pocket costs can change because of Medicare, Medicaid, or insurance benefit changes. Plans can change throughout the year, but the biggest changes can happen at the beginning of the year. Please let us know if you have any insurance changes as soon as possible.

Please call us at (877) 418-4114 to update your information. There is also a box you can check on your monthly statement above your account number to indicate new contact or insurance information when you pay your bill. Just fill in your new information and make sure to check that box. Communicating contact information and insurance changes helps us make sure we have your most up-to-date information so we can properly charge your insurance company.

When you pay your bill online, you will be emailed a receipt. Be sure to include your email address.
